I’ve purchased kratom from two other vendors, and after trying every possible way to mix the powder into drinks, I finally bought a capsule maker. I’ve experimented with several strains while searching for the right fit. This product really stands out. I’m not sure if all Nova strains are this impressive or if Red Malay is just exceptional, but right now it’s my favorite.
Perhaps the truest measure of a company’s integrity is not how they behave when things are going well, but how they behave when there are problems. I had placed an order with Nova and although it was shipped almost immediately, the wonderful USPS bungled up the shipping and my packages were stuck in Denver for days and days and days. 100% not Nova’s problem, but when I contacted Nova, they were bulldogs in getting the situation resolved immediately. A lesser company would have responded, telling me that “It’s not our problem.” But Nova jumped on it and went way, way overboard in resolving it. Much appreciated.

I was hesitant to order online cause its hard to tell who is legit sometimes. After reading reviews, I ordered a kilo of the red vein Gold and recieved a 1st time buyers discount which was incredibly helpful. They also gave me 2 free samples (Super Malay and Indo) which blew my mind. Ive been using kratom for 10 years and ive never had a company give free samples even with kilos. I ordered it on Friday and it arrived Monday. I didnt expect it that soon because of the weekend. The quality of the Gold strain was better than the Krave brand Mang Da. Poor quality kratom tends to have a very bitter and strong alfalfa taste. This is very smooth. I mix it with water because the taste is not overpowering. Overall, I highly recommend this company. I only recommend the strain for seasoned users as it is strong. I will only be buying from Nova from now on. <3
Honestly the best customer service out there! The little jelly beans with the purchase always make me smile. The samples I was given with my first purchase ever inspired my second purchase and so on. I've been using kratom since 2016 but after finding this vendor I have no reason to go back to the previous vendor. After extensive research, I came across Nova "Trainwreck" and another company (which I won't name) that claimed to offer a similar product. I ordered first from Nova, and then the other company. Here's how it went down:
I received Trainwreck from Nova first (along with a slew of sample varieties (none of which did anything positive for me - but I appreciated the marketing effort). I tried Trainwreck first and "holy crap" I loved it!
Over the next few days I tried "tweaking" the mix with their samples. Nope, Trainwreck did it for me immediately, the trial and error (with the other strains) failed, so I continued with Trainwreck... haven't looked back.
I gave the remaining samples to a family member who expressed interest.
Today, I'm reordering a quadruple batch of Trainwreck from Nova. It's just that good!

Nova is a game changer! I've been a casual Kratom enjoyer for years and have tried several different sellers over those years, some hits many misses. Nova Kratom’s RMD is one of the strongest natural powders that I’ve had in 10+ years of kratom use, if typically tests around 1.75% MIT so there are actually two strains that they offer which have slightly higher MIT, but RMD is a more mature leaf. Because of placing a big order, 2 boxes were needed. They ended up getting separated and so one box arrived alone. My husband and I thought maybe it was 1 of 2 boxes but there wasn't any note about that. So I emailed support and received very fast replies every time. After the owner did some research she was able to find the tracking # and the second box arrived today or maybe yesterday, I didn't check until today. But very soon after the first.
Thing is, the owner herself provided the best customer service, very kind and so fast in replying. It's understandable to wait 24-48 hrs for responses from emails in online businesses but we emailed back and forth several times in the same day. My bad, I was so tired I missed her request for some pictures so I had to email her a few times after rereading the emails.

My first review from Nova.! I've only placed a few orders with them but as an experienced old timer with kratom and vendors I'm very happy with this company! I've been using the same two vendors for about 10 years I wasn't searching for another vendor but accidentally stumbled across Nova on Facebook and said what the hell I'll give it a try. I haven't ordered from my other vendors since. Nova reminds me of the very first vendor I used about 16 years ago that unfortunately went out of business after a couple years. So Glad My Regular Vendor Was Out of Stock! I scoured the internet looking for a budget-friendly Kratom seller because my regular go-to was out of stock. I never thought I’d be happy about a stock-out, but it led me to Nova Kratom! I’m not usually one to write reviews, but I couldn’t resist this time. Their White strain is right up there with the premium, high-priced sellers. Usually, with budget prices, you expect 'lesser' potency - but not here. I've been a regular with Nova for years now. Had a minor mix up with my order today and the owner personally sorted it with me within minutes. Really? I haven't written a review yet? Well, let's get to it... After extensive research, I came across Nova "Trainwreck" and another company (which I won't name) that claimed to offer a similar product. I ordered first from Nova, and then the other company. Here's how it went down: I received Trainwreck from Nova first (along with a slew of sample varieties (none of which did anything positive for me - but I appreciated the marketing effort). I tried Trainwreck first and "holy crap" I loved it! Over the next few days I tried "tweaking" the mix with their samples. Nope, Trainwreck did it for me immediately, the trial and error (with the other strains) failed, so I continued with Trainwreck... haven't looked back. I gave the remaining samples to a family member who expressed interest. Today, I'm reordering a quadruple batch of Trainwreck from Nova. It's just that good! Shipping time: Great. Quality: Amazing. I don't usually write reviews but the experience I have had with Nova kratom and the personal service I have had with the owner Monica, I felt it would a disservice if I did not mention the outstanding and professional service I have received!! Through out the years I have tried many different brands. Some are very good but there are none that have compared to Nova. The quality, the variety, speed of shipping, and the customer service is bar none!! Price is not as important to me as what I just mentioned but Nova has the absolute best price on the finest Kratom that I have come across! And then they give free samples of some of their other strains that other companies would charge $15.00 or more per sample!! Nova is a game changer! I've been a casual Kratom enjoyer for years and have tried several different sellers over those years, some hits many misses. Nova however, after a fantastic deal from a coupon even, has smashed it out of the park! This strain is incredible and honestly tops literally every other strain that I've ever bought before. Bought another super strain, Super Green Malay, to try as well soon and based on the fantastic time I had with this Super White I'm really looking forward to it. The 2 random samples will provide even more variety for an incredible price even without the coupon. These prices make my previous preferred brand seem extremely overpriced and they didn't even hit half as well. I'm a Nova Stan now!

I’ve been ordering from Nova for years now, they’re local to me so shipping is fast and they have the most consistent high-quality red maeng da, plus they always have good discounts running if you do some digging. Nova Kratom’s RMD is one of the strongest natural powders that I’ve had in 10+ years of kratom use, if typically tests around 1.75% MIT so there are actually two strains that they offer which have slightly higher MIT, but RMD is a more mature leaf. Due to having Lymes disease I have chronic fatigue. The Green Elephant strain is amazing. The quality is fantastic. And... I want to add a very special note about the service. Because of placing a big order, 2 boxes were needed. They ended up getting separated and so one box arrived alone. My husband and I thought maybe it was 1 of 2 boxes but there wasn't any note about that. So I emailed support and received very fast replies every time. After the owner did some research she was able to find the tracking # and the second box arrived today or maybe yesterday, I didn't check until today. But very soon after the first. Thing is, the owner herself provided the best customer service, very kind and so fast in replying. It's understandable to wait 24-48 hrs for responses from emails in online businesses but we emailed back and forth several times in the same day. My bad, I was so tired I missed her request for some pictures so I had to email her a few times after rereading the emails. Thankyou so much Monica.
