We ship orders every day Monday to Sunday, and all orders go out daily, if you place the order before the cutoff time it will go out that same day! Once the shipping company picks it up you will receive a tracking number by email that will help you track your order.
I recently ordered some super white capsules and my package was supposed to be delivered yesterday and instead it is in a big loop in Colorado and the tracking number hasn’t been updated since yesterday morning so I am getting concerned. I also haven’t heard from anyone so that is more concerning. I’d really appreciate some help here! I really enjoy the products and want to keep buying from here but this is only my 2nd time buying and this is happening and I am very confused
