Regarding other new customers. I’m new with Nova Kratom and I purchased a 4-way split. I just tried Red Hulu and it was good. I was surprised at the two 50g. samples with the order I got. The Kratom packaging is very nice with extra room at the top of the pouch to open it up. When a company go’s the extra mile to make customers happy, that is what keeps them coming back for more orders. I plan on writing other reviews on different strains that I try out over time with Nova. Thank you Nove for your kind Kratom generosity with all your orders!
I received my package quickly and customer service was great. I have only one question? How many gram are in the capsules it only says 250 caps grams are left empty ?
Hello Regina, Each of our caps has 0.5g of kratom (size 00) – the industry standard.
When we sell kratom in capsules form, the bag will be measured in capsule count (250 caps, 500 caps or 1000 caps), not in grams 🙂

I just wanted to let you know I just placed my first order with you today for 250 ted bali capsules, I was going to a near by store to get my red bali but they were charging $28 for 100 capsules which I thought was a good deal until I stumbled across your site, 150 more for the same price, I’ve read the reviews and hope all the positive feedback lives up to it, looking forward to receiving my order.
