We ship orders every day Monday to Sunday, and all orders go out daily, if you place the order before the cutoff time it will go out that same day! Once the shipping company picks it up you will receive a tracking number by email that will help you track your order.

First of all I love Nova Kratom and I have been ordering from this company singularly since I first ordered on this site. I love the Super White and I have never had any issues until my most recent order, the order normally would be delivered today and instead the tracking number has it in LA. I live in Texas, so I am confused as to why the USPS sent my order the wrong direction. I am just replying ensuring that my normal address is still the destination. Thank you for a great, affordable, and reliable product.

Unfortunately, we have no say when it comes to the route the USPS chooses when delivering the packages 🙁
This might also be a consequence of the weather conditions from the past few days. At the beginning of the week, the USPS has issued a severe weather conditions warning, and many shipments experience delays 😔 We did our very best to ship your order #82680 as quickly as possible, but such incidents are completely out of our control. We’re doing our best to keep in touch with the USPS from our end, and make sure the packages arrive as soon as possible.
I recently ordered some super white capsules and my package was supposed to be delivered yesterday and instead it is in a big loop in Colorado and the tracking number hasn’t been updated since yesterday morning so I am getting concerned. I also haven’t heard from anyone so that is more concerning. I’d really appreciate some help here! I really enjoy the products and want to keep buying from here but this is only my 2nd time buying and this is happening and I am very confused
